ACCOUNTS, PAYOUTS & BONUSES

1. ACCOUNTS

1.1. Your account is intended for your sole personal use only and shall not be used for any professional, business or commercial purpose. You shall not allow any third party (including a relative) to use your account, password or identity to access or use the Services and you shall be fully responsible for any activities undertaken on your account by a third party. You shall not reveal your account username or password to any person, hence you shall take all steps to ensure that such details are not revealed to any person.

1.2. You shall inform us immediately if you suspect that your account is being misused by a third party and/or any third party has access to your account username or password so that we may investigate such matter, and you will cooperate with us, upon request, in the course of such investigation.

1.3. You acknowledge that it is strictly forbidden for a user to sell, transfer and/or acquire accounts to/from another user or transfer funds from their Account to another Player's Account.

1.4. We take no responsibility for any third-party access to your account. The Company shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of misuse of your password by any person or for any unauthorized access to your account and all transactions where your user name and password have been entered correctly will be regarded as valid, whether or not authorized by you.

1.5. Monies held on your account shall not attract any interest. The Company may, at any time, set off any positive balances on your account against any amount owed by you to us.

1.6. You are allowed to have only one (1) account. Only one account for each household, IP, and PC is allowed. If you attempt to open more than one account, all accounts you try to open may be blocked or closed and any bets may be voided. If you wish to open another account, you may do so by contacting support by email. If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed. If you notice that you have more than one registered account you must notify us immediately. Failure to do so may lead to your account being blocked for access.

2. PAYOUTS (WITHDRAWAL)

2.1. You may withdraw your real money deposits and winnings held in your account at any time provided that:

  • you have fulfilled all the needed account information with correct and accurate information;
  • you have confirmed your phone number and email address;
  • we have completed any verification to our reasonable satisfaction as per the Terms and conditions and KYC policy or other supporting documents. Where we have requested information from you to carry out these checks, any delay in providing this information may cause an additional delay when withdrawing funds;
  • there is currently no ongoing investigation where we have reasonable grounds to believe you may have engaged in any illegal or prohibited acts which could entitle us to withhold funds under the Terms and conditions; and
  • during the last 30 days, starting from the date of withdrawal request, the account must have at least one deposit.

2.2. Available withdrawal methods are clearly stated on our Website. If you need any suggestions or advice, please contact our customer support to inquire about the withdrawal methods most favourable for your country of residence.

2.3. We do our best to process your withdrawals as quickly as possible. The time for a withdrawal request to be finalized may vary due to different circumstances, namely additional checks, however, a withdrawal attempt should be validated or denied as fast as possible. The procedure may take from 1 to 14 days.

2.4. The time for transferring to you the full amount of winning may vary depending on the amount of withdrawal:

  • the amounts up to ₹100,000 are paid within 12 hours;
  • the amounts of ₹100,000 to ₹300,000 are paid within 5 business days after the casino receives an official withdrawal request;
  • the amounts over ₹300,000 are paid within 21 business days, starting from the withdrawal request validation.

2.5. Please contact our Support team in order to calculate the precise term for your withdrawal.

2.6. We reserve the right to carry out additional verification procedures for any payout exceeding the equivalent of ₹ 100 000. We further reserve the right to carry out such verification procedures in case of lower payouts. If additional verification is required, we will not prevent you from withdrawing funds from your Account if we could reasonably have requested and/or obtained that information from you earlier, for example, at Account registration.

2.7. Subject to our Terms and conditions, we apply certain restrictions on withdrawals of funds not used for wagering. It is not recommended to request a withdrawal of a deposited amount until a user has wagered or bet a deposited amount at least twice. If the deposit is unenclosed, a commission of 10% of the withdrawal amount is automatically deducted.

2.8. Whenever possible, the Company shall pay your withdrawals by using the same method you used to make your deposits. Withdrawal payments may only be made in the name and to the registered account holder.

2.9. We will only instruct payments to be made to accounts with which you have deposited. All withdrawal requests to another account will be approved at the discretion of the Company, which reserves the right to reject such a request without explaining the reason subject to this policy or Terms and conditions.

2.10. Fee charges for withdrawals will be debited directly from the user's account depending on the withdrawal method used. These fees may be dependent on factors such as the currency used in the account, or the user's place of residence. Notwithstanding the above, it is possible that your bank or the payment solution that you use charges your account for transaction fees. Such fees are not dependent on us and we do not assume any responsibility for them.

2.11. The user is obliged to provide the Company with the requested documents and information within two days (48 hours) after confirming the withdrawal process by sending the email. The withdrawal process will be rescinded in case the user will not provide the requested items in a timely fashion.

2.12. Withdrawal requests are processed 24/7. Each user is limited to 5 withdrawal requests per twenty-four hours.

3. BONUSES

3.1. All users of the Services shall be entitled only to one welcome bonus. The welcome bonus may contain several different bonuses.

3.2. Bonuses can be credited to the player’s account as part of a marketing campaign. Such bonuses cannot be withdrawn or paid out and must be used for betting in the manner specified in the respective rules of different marketing bonus campaigns.

3.3. Bonus is always granted by the Company and has the status of a gift. The user has no legal claim to awarding a bonus, the Company solely determines who is eligible for bonuses according to the terms and conditions of the bonus scheme.

3.4. The term "Bonus wager" indicates the number of bets that the user must place in order to transfer the amount from Bonus Funds to Real Funds.

3.5. The Bonus wager is presented as a multiplier (Wager) to the amount of a Bonus. Wager x20 means that at least 20 bets should be made for the amount of the Bonus. For example, if a user made a deposit in the amount of ₹100 and received a 100% bonus of ₹100 with a wager of 20, then for wagering the user must place bets in the amount of 100 + 100 * 20 = ₹2000. After fulfilling this requirement, funds from the bonus balance will be automatically transferred to the user's account.

3.6. The User has full control over their account and is entitled to check the Wager status of the bonuses on the progress bar in the game window at any time.

3.7. You can check the status of your bonus account and review the list of games that support bonus wagering in the relevant Website section ("Bonus Games").

3.8. Subject to these Terms, one user can have several bonuses at a time.

3.9. Each bonus has a limitation for transferring from the bonus to the main balance. The User will receive a notification indicating the maximum possible amount when wagering a bonus.

3.10. Your bonus wager will be voided if your balance is lower than ₹20.

3.11. The limiting amounts are summed up when several bonuses are received with a limitation of the maximum withdrawal amount from the bonus to the main balance as per the example below:

The player received two bonuses = 100% bonus with a limit of ₹100,000, and a bonus in the amount of ₹333 with a limit of ₹333. The transfer amount from the bonus to the account equals ₹100 333.
